She performed at Tootsie's, a local bar that was located on Broadway. Alaina is the winner in 2009 from Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent contest. Alaina began singing after her friend Holly Witherow who had been diagnosed with a tumor on the brain, inspired her. The first position she held was with CiC Pizza. She attended Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia and also was a cheerleader.
