Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. Her most famous role is Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 as well as 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series. Other roles she has played comprise Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. The actress fell in love with acting at Preparatory school before moving to Ohio together with her family during the mid-70s. The theatre studies she pursued were at Northwestern University. A semester was spent in the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters for a couple of years. Then she moved to TV and film. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. After appearing as a Guest on several TV shows and films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 90's, she was chosen to play Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons in Deadwood and was filming during the middle 2000's. Skyler appeared in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was another of her characters. Gunn was also on stages in David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. Gunn also played a part in the play Numbered Day. It is an audio-based podcast that consists of four audio plays. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. Its strain and ultimate ending mirrors the last years in the story of Walter White.
